Growth & Sales Manager
Celsus is at the stage where the product is proven and the market is real — and now the pipeline needs to match. You will own the full commercial motion: identifying the property managers and real estate operators who will get the most from Celsus, getting them into a conversation, and closing. This is a hunting role with a clear quota and a short feedback loop between what you sell and what the product delivers.
Responsibilities
What you will own
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified prospects from outbound prospecting, referrals, inbound leads, and industry relationships
Run the full sales cycle — discovery, demo, objection handling, and close — with a clear focus on time-to-close and deal quality
Develop outreach sequences and sales collateral that speak directly to the operational and financial pain points of property managers
Work closely with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth handoffs and maintain continuity from sale through onboarding
Feed market intelligence back into the product team: what prospects ask about, what competitors they mention, and where deals stall
Requirements
What we are looking for
3+ years in a quota-carrying sales role at a B2B SaaS company, ideally in PropTech, FinTech, or a vertical SaaS
A track record of building pipeline from scratch — not just working inbound — with demonstrable conversion rates at each stage
Strong discovery and consultative selling skills: you ask the right questions and sell on outcomes, not features
Comfortable with a CRM-driven workflow and disciplined about pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and follow-through
Deep familiarity with the Ghanaian or broader West African property market is a significant advantage
