Celsus is built on a Django REST backend that handles lease lifecycles, rent collection, payment reconciliation, and multi-tenant access control — all at once. Every new feature touches real money or real obligations. You will design and implement the API and data layer for the platform's most consequential workflows, working closely with the frontend and mobile teams from contract definition through to production.

Celsus handles rent payments, lease records, and financial data for property managers and their tenants. The infrastructure has to be reliable, observable, and secure — not occasionally, but always. You will own the platform layer end-to-end: CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, deployment strategy, and the monitoring stack that tells us what is happening before users do.

When they adopt it, they are migrating real workflows and real data — not experimenting. Your job is to make sure every organisation that signs up gets to full value quickly, stays there, and expands. You will be the most direct line between our customers and the product team.

Celsus is at the stage where the product is proven and the market is real — and now the pipeline needs to match. You will own the full commercial motion: identifying the property managers and real estate operators who will get the most from Celsus, getting them into a conversation, and closing. This is a hunting role with a clear quota and a short feedback loop between what you sell and what the product delivers.

Celsus gives property managers visibility into their portfolio — arrears, occupancy, cash flow, maintenance backlogs. You will be the person who makes that data trustworthy and useful, both for our customers and internally. You will work across the product and operations teams to define the metrics that matter, build the pipelines that populate them, and surface the insights that drive decisions.
